Salomo Glassius Postill

Salomo Glassius (1593-1656) was Johann Gerhard’s favorite student, table companion, and successor at Jena. With Gerhard he edited the Ernestian Bible (Weimar Bible), an enormous Lutheran study Bible from the age of Orthodoxy. Here is part of his postill:

Evangelicorum et epistolicorum textuum: qui dominicis et festis in ecclesia tractar solent, exegesis … Pars II. A festo Purificationis ad Dominicam Jubilate.
